Lx Camera Viewer

Very new - very hot: Camera viewer for the Pocket LOOX 720

• Shows pseudo live video from the built-in camera on your desktop PC
• Uses ActiveSync over USB cable (tested with version 3.8)

Operating instructions:

1. Establish an ActiveSync connection
2. Start LxCamView on the desktop computer
3. Start LxCam on the Pocket PC

LxCam attempts to detect the IP address of desktop computer automatically. If it cannot connect, you must change the IP address manually. Works over Wireless LAN too.

The application runs on hardware, that is compatible with Camera for Pocket PC Version 2.60 by HTC Corp. If you got it working on another device than LOOX, report it to me, please! I have a special offer for you.

Here is another solution from a great developer: VHLxCam.zip. It works with LxCam 1.04 (or 1.02) and processes pictures in portrait format. Install it with the command "regsvr32 VHLxCam.ax".
